After completing her BSc in Psychology Zoe wanted to broaden and deepen her understanding of a person’s way of being in the world, which led her into Psychotherapy. Since graduating with her Masters in Psychotherapy Zoe has worked as an Integrative Psychotherapist. Holding an interest in how a person’s development and life experience impact their way of being and connecting the mind and the body.
Approaches
Zoe sees the therapeutic relationship as a transformative space. Where a client can explore themselves and talk freely in an open, safe and contained alliance. As an integrative therapist Zoes’ work is shaped by influences from psychodynamic, person-centred, gestalt, object relations and existentialist approaches. Combining different elements to meet the client where they are and provide a strong foundation where clients can explore and be curious about themselves. Connecting our past and present selves, exploring different life experiences, developing self-compassion and understanding, and resolving inner conflict in a way to create a more combined whole.
