Profile
I’m registered as a Psychotherapist with the Irish Council for Psychotherapy. I hold an MSc Degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from University College Dublin. I have also been awarded a QQI Level 9 Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from IICP College in Dublin. Completed Intensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Plus through Psychwire. I’m a fully accredited member of the Irish Forum for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IFPP). I work with adults and adolescents, adopting an affirmative and inclusive approach when working with LGBTQ+ people and neurodiversity.
Approach
I work with clients to determine a ‘best-fit’ approach to their needs. I offer short-term and long-term psychotherapy. I also offer a full DBT approach, combining individual and group skills training.
