Profile
Born in France and raised in a French-American background, Tanaë has been living in Ireland since 2015, where she studied midwifery and psychotherapy. Her multicultural experience informs her practice, and she offers support in both English and French. She is committed to creating a comfortable, inclusive space where clients from diverse backgrounds can feel heard and understood.
Tanaë is a qualified psychotherapist and a pre-accredited member of the IACP, actively working toward full accreditation. She is also a graduate member of PSI.
Approach
Tanaë’s approach is collaborative, person-centred and integrates various tools to adapt to her clients needs. Her systemic perspective recognises that individual challenges often arise within specific contexts and are shaped by relationships, environments, and interactions. By addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying dynamics, she helps clients foster resilience, gain deeper self understanding, and create meaningful change in their personal and relational systems. Psychoeducation is an integral part of her work, empowering clients with knowledge and strategies to navigate their experiences with confidence and clarity.
Tanaë also trained in Sophrology in France, a body-mind approach combining relaxation, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and gentle movements to promote mental and physical well-being.

Fee for sophrology : €150 for the first session (1h30), €80 for follow-up sessions
