Stephen started his career in business, holding various management, leadership and coaching roles over the last 25 years until transitioning into full-time Psychotherapy.

Stephen is a compassionate psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental well-being by creating a safe and nurturing environment through a client-centred approach where individuals can explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. With a blend of evidence-based modalities and personalised care. Stephen helps clients navigate challenges, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience.

Passionate about empowering clients to unlock their potential and lead fulfilling lives, Stephen draws from various therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred, Cognitive-Behavioural and Psychodynamic; Stephen tailors his therapeutic interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals. He believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and authentically.
