The initial consultation will explore what has brought you to therapy and how your current issues are impacting your life; there will also be enquiry into your background and a chance for you to ask questions around the focus and future of the work.

- Therapy sessions last 50-55 minutes.
- To improve the therapeutic process sessions are generally held on a weekly basis preferably at the same time each week. However, some therapists also offer bi-weekly sessions if the therapeutic process permits.
- Missed appointments are payable in full
- Cancelled appointments without 24 (sometimes 48) hours will be paid in full
- Every therapist has a cancellation policy and a contract of working. This will be shared with you on the first session.
- Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session or at the exact time.
- Payment for sessions is taken by your therapist at the very beginning or very end of the session. Therapists will advise you of their payment method which may include the following options; Cash, EFT, Revolut, card.
