Profile
Valeria holds a Master’s degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and is committed to working in accordance with the ethical and professional guidelines set by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). With a deep passion for creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment, Valeria helps clients explore their emotions and gain clarity in their personal challenges.
Outside her therapeutic work, Valeria is interested in academic research, and she has recently published the article “Overcoming Perfectionism” featured in Whisk Journal. She is currently working on her next publication, continuing to explore topics that promote mental well-being and personal growth.

She strongly believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, where clients are actively involved in shaping their therapeutic journey. Valeria’s pluralistic approach is grounded in the philosophical belief that there are multiple solutions to any given problem. In practice, this means she draws on a range of evidence-based theories and methods, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each intervention to the unique needs and goals of her clients.
